The worst delivery company ever. My package with a value greater than 200. It was handed to another person. This person does not even live at the address mentioned on the package. I went to the warehouse in the morning and all they told me was that everything would be fine. I asked for a contact number and when I call, the robot answers. I can't contact them by phone ... Avoid using this delivery company if you don't want to waste your money and time in vain.

Waiting for my parcel for over a week. My mum send a parcel before Christmas, certificated and with insurance. No clue where is it. No information about if it arrived in the UK (it should be because the last update is from a week ago that left the country of origin, Spain, and 7 days doesn't take to arrive here), customer service is poor, claims online doesn't work properly, I need to wait more for it... Never again!

The worse delivery company I have ever seen! I’m not the type of person who like to write bad review but guys take your s*it up!! They attempt to deliver twice apparently (I doubt on it) they didn’t find the address both of the time. Yesterday I call to schedule a re delivery, but for some protest happening in London central they couldn’t. I call again and ask specifically to the guy to put a note that I was going to collect the parcel. Now I am here to the place to collect the parcel and three other clients have the same problem! The package anyway was already on the van ready to be re delivered on Monday! What a shame!!

Bad: delivery service, they said they tried to deliver twice but didn't call once and didn't leave any card/ticket. 1 star Good: after 2 failed attempts I went to the this depot in person, the employee was very kind and did things very quickly. 5 stars I feel bad for the barrage of bad reviews you have, of course people will go the extra step to complain and leave a bad review, but never do it when they get a good service.
