Stumbled upon them while last minute shopping for a big dinner. Super friendly and amazing service! Even while they were cleaning up before closing , they happily took my order and retrieved some items from the fridge.

My review is about the staff. They are so wonderful and go above and beyond to help their customers. Their stock is of the utmost quality. My dog can attest to that.... She loves her bones. I highly recommend the Parsons Nose.
My go to local butcher. I regularly make the mistake of choosing supermarket produce, and always end up back at a quality butcher. Parson's Nose has good steaks.
Local butchers providing an excellent range and quality of meats. Staff are also friendly (especially in their Kensington branch)! Also a very convenient delivery option. After a slight mix up of my online order, they were very quick to remedy the problem!
Sadly I had a couple of disastrous experiences at this local butcher. Unfortunately I interacted with one of their staff who is poorly mannered and disorganised. Definitely not recommended. Reply- it is very funny the reply from the company/ they asked details are already stated. Furthermore, I wrote a complain in private to the Parson Nose Butchers company and I didn’t receive any answers so far. The only answer is posted here/ I believe because it is public. Very bad but expected, considered the lowest customer service standards in their shop.
