Great shop if you need something for a party at short notice. Prices are reasonable (if a touch high) but they have a great range of different themed things, and you lots of individual items which you can use to make your own decorations. I found Hawaiian style petals which I made into a lei for my friends hen party. It was well worth the effort and I will be going back to find my next accessories.

Poor customer service! Went in today to buy balloon for father day. Asked a question in regards to a display balloon if I could just get one rather then the whole set. Didn't understand her response so asked again to she responded " OH MY GOD " very loudly and in a frustrating way which made me feel very small!! Poor service! Didn't apologies to me! Never again will I return to a place with poor service!

this shop is a rip off, please go next door prices are almost half,for the exact same item. once I realised it I went back to the shop asking for a refund and there is no refund, the only shop in the UK not offering refund. It is a spanish company and obbiously does not have international or UK mentality, so once you've paid you just have to cry yours eyes out because the shop next door have the exact same items half price! Please be carefull
