I recently made an appointment to see Paul at very short notice due to a bad back which had been bothering me for quite some time. The deep tissue massage really helped and afterwards, I felt better than I have for months. This was definitely one of the best.

I booked in to see Paul after experiencing tight calves from cycling. He worked efficiently and expertly in releasing tension and soreness on both my back and legs. I cannot recommend him highly enough. After the session I felt lighter and taller and my muscles immediately soothed. Thank you Paul for the excellent work.

Paul is clearly an expert in his field. I booked in for a session owing to an issue with my back, and he was able to identify and give attention to problem points without much prompting, which is testament to his wealth of experience as well as anatomical knowledge. The massage room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the aftercare was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to go back, or recommend to others.
Have you had enough of massages where it feels like the masseur is just mildly poking you in random spots until the time is up!? If so, then look no further! Paul is an expert masseur and very knowledgeable of deep tissue muscle anatomy, he will definitely get to the core of your muscular woes. Paul is amazing at unravelling your knots and especially capable of applying all the pressure you require. You will not come out of Paul's massages feeling like something was missed. Also Paul himself is a really welcoming, pleasant to chat to, and a witty character who's very considerate of all your needs. His studio is very cosy and relaxing, and in the winter he likes to turn on the wood burning stove. I cannot recommend him enough. The only downside is that if you like deep tissue massage, you will likely struggle to find someone as good as Paul!
