I am very thankful to Alan who helped me to solve my problem with my computer. After checking every part of the computer, he found the cause. As result, I brought a new monitor and I am very, very happy now. Without Alan's patience and knowledge I wouldn't be able to resolve my problem. Also, Alan is not only full of computer knowledge but he is a human being. I would recommend Alan to everyone! Alan, very thank you once again!

Terrible. Please avoid! I have took laptop in for a repair of AC jack. I came in and explain what the problem was. I was told they need to have a look at it to tell me what the problem is(?). Nevermind, I thought, they probably need to do some research about the parts needed. Two days after I get a call from an engineer telling me that I need a DC jack replacement and that will cost me 90. I thought that's bit ridiculous, since exactly explained what the issue was when I brought the laptop in but the price seemed reasonable as every other shop in the area was having similar estimate. Two days later I got called in for a laptop pick up. The photos I attached are what i got back from them. Laptop was broken I several places. Just to clarify I brought laptop in immaculate state. No part was scratched or broken. My laptop fell from my laps onto a jack that's why I needed a repair. But that's not the end of it. Not only for the first hour person I picked laptop from kept denying that they broke it, when I got laptop home it turned out my laptop wouldn't find my home network or any network at all. It won't pick up any signal untill I stand next to my router. After seven calls, complaint to management they admit that chassis broke when they opened the laptop and blamed me that it was broken already when they got it(note that broken part is on the opposite side of power adapter jack). As recompensation for not working WiFi they offered external dongle. A joke! I agree DC jack was fixed. It cost me 108 pounds (they forgot to mention on the phone that the price didn't include Vat ) broken chassis and not working WiFi. Be a judge yourself and think before you go there. They are bunch of amateurs in skin of 'know-it-all' experts. Avoid avoid avoid!
My child went in with a key that had fallen out of the keyboard of his laptop. This is an easy 4-5 minute fix with the right tools and experience. They wanted to charge my child for a new keyboard and labour (65) and asked my child to leave the laptop behind to \find out what the model is.\ The laptop is a popular Enterprise workhorse spec Lenovo L570 as stated on the case. Not impressed. I'm a busy IT pro. We fixed it with a small screw driver the key clicked firmly back into place. Even replacing the keyboard with backlit keyes is a mere 5-10 minute job. I had fun teaching my son how to fix his own laptop. Reading the reviews I suspect they wanted to keep the laptop to fiddle with the internals and charge for mysterious new issues. Always trust your gut instincts. Avoid.
Very helpful, and professional, and have used them for many years.Ryan is very helpful.
My comment concerns only the \internet café\ side of the shop: the best in West London and RKBC!! They sell high-speed connexion, and what you got IS a high-speed one (8 Mbps/s, download), for a good price. There not so much competition in this neighborhood, but couldn't find better even in Fulham. They litterally saved me after trying 3 other ones barely above 1 Mbps/s.
