David Ellis and Maria Arpa are a husband and wife team. They are highly experienced mediators and I firmly believe they have the skills to turn any conflict around. If you have a situation and need a mediator these are the guys to call. I saw their work when I attended a Mediation Training in March 2015 split over 2 three days modules. The Dialogue Road Map developed by Maria is an amazing set of tools that can be put to use in any situation where communication is becoming difficult. I can see these tools being a real benefit to anyone that wants to improve their communication. They have certainly help step back and review how I communicate with my teenage son. Thanks Guys
