We had the pleasure of dealing with Kim Peacock who arranged a joint Will & Lasting Power of Attorney for my husband and I. Being a pragmatic type of person, I had envisaged this to be easy for me to cope with emotionally, however that was not case! Ms Peacock was very empathetic and reassured me that these emotions were quite common. Ms Peacock was very supportive and knowledgeable. She explained the more technical details of the Will & LPA in a way that was extremely easy to understand. I had requested a home visit (prior to lockdown).
