I have a 50 year old Iranian/Afghan rug, an inherited piece I am very protective about. I found Rug Care Experts on line and was nervous to let the rug go fearing it would be damaged/ruined during cleaning. I spoke to Nouman who was amazing. I was sent clips of the process and loads of information to reassure. He came and collected my rug the same day I messaged my enquiry. Two weeks later to the day, as promised, my precious rug was returned. Sensitively repaired (only the bare minimum) with the colours singing as they haven’t for years. I am delighted with the results. I have complete faith in Nouman and his team and will definitely be using them regularly to keep this heirloom in great condition.
so good. Our new puppy left stains all over our yellow rug which we couldn’t get out no matter how much we tried. These guys collected the rug within 30mins of calling and returned it a week later in incredible condition. Miles better than what I expected. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks

Norman could not have been more helpful. He gave me a ballpark figure for cleaning my very dirty rug over the phone prior to me sending pictures. Once agreed, he collected the rug the next day and delivered it back within 10 days as promised. The rug looks and feels like new. Nouman and his team did a brilliant job not only cleaning our rugs but also mending the corners where our dog when he was a puppy chewed them. His pricing is reasonable and is super efficient
