My mother died early January at home. As you can imagine an incredibly tough time for the family. I rang Pauline as soon as possible. She launched into action immediately and we felt relieved that she was there for us, immediately taking off the pressure. In the weeks that followed Pauline worked closely with the family. She made certain that we were happy with the arrangements. It was great to know that Personal Touch Funerals handled all the services associated with funerals - flowers, church, Order of Service etc. the whole lot. At such a difficult time it's just what you need. We had the most beautiful funeral for our mother. I would strongly recommend Personal Touch Funerals.

The service I received from Personal Touch Funerals was the absolute best service I could have asked for at such a stressful time for myself and my family. The day of my father’s funeral went so smoothly from the moment the funeral directors arrived at our house, the outstanding church service, burial and reception. Pauline ensured that the funeral was live-streamed so that family and friends abroad could watch the service. My dad had a wonderful send off without any further stress to us as all of our wishes were carried out. The Casket and all the floral arrangements were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations with many family and friends complimenting the funeral as “the best funeral we’re ever been to” and “the best casket we’ve ever seen.” Pauline has shown nothing but support throughout the whole process and comforted my mum and I during each phone conversation and when we went into the branch. I wish I could give 55555 stars! I have lost my mother, sister and dad over the last 3 years. Despite it being difficult, Personal touch were amazing. The Covid restrictions made it extremely difficult. No family in London and none of us could travel. Pauline and her team, took care of everything. We of course had to make some decisions, such as what photos and songs, however from there the team took care of the rest Thank you so much

Pauline and the Personal Touch team arranged a beautiful send off for my aunt. All involved were incredibly accommodating, compassionate and professional. The day ran smoothly from the church service followed by the graveside then to the reception. The flower arrangements by Jacqueline were outstanding and all of our personalised requests were met. A variety of displays were done tastefully with great attention to detail. A well deserved 5 star rating for a business I would definitely recommend to others who also wish to give their loved ones a memorable farewell!
