My building survey was completed promptly and the people I dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. However, there were a few oversights in the survey that I was surprised by - not a big deal, but not noticing for example that there was no WC in the bathroom did seem to me an oversight and made me wonder what else might have been missed... but overall seemed thorough and useful.
