Went to buy an outfit to wear at a wedding. Tried a few on, they didn't fit so I asked whether I could try the next size up. Was told that this branch is a daywear shop so they don't stock occasion wear in sizes larger than size 16. Had I known that I would not have made the journey. They could at the very least have told me another of their shops would have what I wanted. Instead they made me feel less than human and I left the shop in tears.
