Not honest, phone still not fixed, asked for money up front, said it will be fixed same day, screen came in next day and still had to wait for 2hrs on 3rd day. Supplied wrong screen protector that was too small for screen, screen cracked very next day. Sold \super fast charger\ for 30 which took 2hrs to charge my phone to 49%, I checked charger details online and found to cost 13. I was told my phone was the issue, even though I have another charger that fully charged my phone in less than 1hr. After 130 I now need to take my phone elsewhere to get repaired.

Elitca has given me such an exceptional good service that compelled me to recommend her. She was extremely courteous and friendly, always with a smile and a happy countenance whilst showing impressive professionalism. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency in which she worked and the fact that she took initiative to foresee my needs and help me before I could even ask. I have yet to encounter such good service by a customer service and I truly believe that other Phonestop stuff should leam from her outstanding service level. Furthermore, Phonestop would also be wise reward her for what has been a really rare pleasure.
I came hear a couple weeks ago to fix my iPhone 7 and I couldn’t believe what the results came out to be. My phone was completely smashed, into bits and one of the workers fixed it just liked that. They definitely need to give him a pay rise , he deserves it. I am very pleased with my phone it works perfectly. The employe was very nice and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this place.
First I’ll get by the basics by saying the screen replacement for my Sony took almost a week when they said it will take 2 days. When it was finally done I thought it was job done until I noticed the back cover coming off. I first thought it was the glue not completely dry yet but after a few days of it being like that, plus me being quite familiar with electronics, i took the back cover off to look inside, only to find how BAD the repair was performed. First of all the battery was fixed with some sort of tape instead of the traditional glue which caused it to be “fatter” than normal. This caused the back cover, plus the NEW SCREEN to slightly push outwards. The battery is not in securely and has quite a bit of wiggle to it. Since I got it back from them, the audio from the speaker has been sounding like a tin can. the battery also has punch marks on it as if it has been stabbed by a compass or a pen. The most blatant failure was some sort of padding so misaligned it is placed on the edge of the back cover where the adhesive is. I don’t care if they offer to fix this for free I AM NOT LETTING THEM TOUCH MY PHONE AND SO SHOULDNT YOU!
