I have never dealt with this company before as I live about 3 hours away. Got this 'cold-call' text message from them which is deceptive from the get go because they claim I've used their services in the past. Aware that the text may come from a spoofed number, I called the store to confirm that they honour the promotional code, which they confirmed, which tells me yes this is their campaign they're running. Advertising is fine, but spam is not. Given the questionable origins I think this is a gross buisiness practice, which prompted me to leave this review.

The service was good and the photographer was great but they don't print photos anymore. Just a online download. 140 for ten pictures that we have to download not a cd. It sours a 6 year holiday tradition. Do not recommend. We are unlikely to come back
Nice and friendly place,unfortunately they do have working hours time table especially lunch hour they just closed the gate probably from 2 and open again at 3pm
The photographer was excellent (both personality and skill - he got some very cool/unique photos of my adult children), location is great for us, lots of package options.
Photographer was friendly and patient with my baby but pictures came out darker than her skin colour. Not good compared to the price paid 130 for 10 pictures which will be downloaded online.
