By far the best Pilates studio I have come across in the last 15 years. I was referred by a physical therapist 5 years ago, having attended other Pilates studios for the previous 10 years, and will never go elsewhere. The instructors are highly trained, sensitive to clients needs, and extremely professional. Above all, they enable you to achieve physical and visible results.
My wife and I cannot recommend Pilates Squared more highly. For over three years we have had regular sessions with Caron and several of her instructors. Unfailingly professional the instructors we have had have always been knowledgable, prompt and cheerful. The studio has seen us through several sporting injuries and been key to sustained rehabilitation as well as preparing me for an upcoming trip to Everest.
The best Pilates Studio in the UK. I have been to all of them: Tracy Anderson, Body by Simone, Barry's BC, Ten and Heartcore Pilates - this is far and away my favourite. All the teachers are excellent and Caron's method is unbeatable. I love the quiet studio, the personal attention and the great results. I have always found the customer service to be exemplary as well.
