Honestly - there is no decent post office in Ealing. I usually go to Chiswick. South Ealing and Ealing B are awful and Boston Manor is good as long as you enjoy the total lack of acknowledgment that you exist from the staff but ... this post office is great! They take the time to help you, I’ve seen them stay late because the queue was so long at the end of the day. They are open late every day and open Saturday. The last time I visited I came on a Saturday and was lucky with the queue (as it can be busy and there really is not the space for it to be so- plus you queue past the alcohol so bring your willpower) and I was posting something for work and the lady helped me, didn’t rush me, leant me a pen without behaving like I was asking her to commit a crime, she suggested alternative packaging which would make the parcel cheaper to send. Plus it’s actually handy that it’s in a coop as you can pick up other things at the same time. My only feedback would be the metal trolley they leave out as it’s often in the way and sometimes you need to dislocate your shoulder from its socket to throw the parcel down by the window (why is this always a think with British post offices)... anyway 5/5 for me!

They didn’t bother the long queue waiting outside,only one out of three counters manned.

Very Slow. Often a queue and staff are never in a rush to reduce that queue. Often there is only one member of staff working.
