I have been trying to register with this GP since November last year. I've called and all they can say is their system is down and that they are not registering new patients. I really don't understand how they have not found alternatives like other GP's. They can print and post the forms if necessary but people around the neighbourhood should be able to access their services and register. We are in a pandemic and deserve health care.

Dr Gupta is excellent, she always has time to listen and provides expert care. I couldn’t ask for a better GP. The staff at the practice are all helpful and polite.

My experience of this practice is horrific its takes at least an hour for them to answer the phone whatever time of day you ring them. The staff I have dealt with were rude and truly incompetent, the doctors I spoken with have failed to read my medical records or even google my condition. Their continuing negligence has left me bed ridden and in horrific pain with violent muscle spasms for two weeks. In my opinion they are in violation of their hypocritic oath and this practice should be avoided!

I’m very disappointed with this surgery.i make appointment for my daughter iumination injection which is really really important.but after appointment when I reach in NHS even they didn’t cheack time or book and said sorry nurs going to lunch time you rebook pleas. I told tham it’s really important for child iumination injection as 3 years old.it must need to do I can wait for her back from lunch even I have appointment. They talk rudely and said make new appointment.i lost money my cab and came back. Again tryd to make appointment first wait 40 min as phone ,than said sooty call naxt week for appointment . It’s tottly unprofessionally behaviours and not looks like it’s surgery NHS professional. Even I ignore reviews and make go here but I’m very disappointed

NEVER have appointments for the last year unless you wanna wait 2 weeks or keep calling at 8am and before 3 to see if there is an appointment however be prepared to be on hold for 30-40 minutes to be told ‘sorry no appointment’ -______- furthermore receptionist rude , terrible doctors that don’t no what they’re talking about literally guessing what you have or saying it’s nothing and to rest or go to the hospital I have been in the surgery we’re receptionists are talking amongst themselves and ignoring the phone id rather bring my son to the hospital
