I have been working from home ever since the first lockdown in March 2020, and this has resulted in me making use of my local Post Office. I have had no issues with their services - the waiting time has never been too long and they swiftly action my requests and answer my queries. Great service from what I have experienced!

Bhimji, at the post office counter shouted at me in a threatening manner when I collected my amazon parcel and wrote the receipt/signature sheet that I was signing for 1 of 3 parcels from Amazon. He even went as far as yelling: you don’t need to be confused just leave the shop and open it outside. I can only imagine how a vulnerable person would have felt under similar circumstances with your employee yelling at them in the manner in which Bhimji yelled at me repeatedly today. This was witnessed by his middle aged colleagues who made eye contact with me and then looked away. Poor service

Told the contents of my parcel was prohibited although it wasn't. I was also told that it could be destroyed if I sent it so I didn't feel it was worth arguing. I have sent same items from other post office branches before no problem.

Worst customer service. Staff are rude and unprofessional. They wouldn't accept my parcel because it was too heavy for them to pick up, yet skinny woman like me carried it from my car to the counter without any help. Its the second time I have been turned away from this Post Office due to their refusal to get up from their seat - very lazy and not worth it. Just head over the to Post office at Woolwich.

Well there’s nothing in this post office. Very small post office , difficult to stay in the queue. I never see staffs cheerful. Staffs need to be well trained and they should work quickly and many services need to be added.i prefer going other post offices than this local post office.
