Went into the retail store and their very knowledgeable staff helped solve my water loss issue in store. They even worked to find me the most economical way to fix the part I required. Being a business owner myself it's always great to see a family business run that way!

Awesome service! The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would choose them over any other pool store in London. We were ready to fork out nearly 2000.00 for a solar cover and roller system, but after emailing our pool photos to them, they recommended that we forego the cover and opt for the chemical blanket, as the shape of our pool meant a lot of folding and then rolling which would have left us with a rolled up lumpy mess that would detract from the beauty of our pool space. Thanks Pool-Meister team!

When I first contacted Poolmeister (after friends recommending them) , I got this strange feeling of them trying to figure me out, what kind of customer I am? They also insisted on a rather large prepayment before starting any work. I was a little skeptic to say the least. Now I could not be more happy with the 2 most important aspects of choosing a pool company; customer service and pool knowledge! Since being a customer of theirs, I am blown away at how fast they come to attend to my (numerous) problems, and not at least how capable they are at fixing them. I can not stress this enough, as I have worked in a company that was servicing pools (not operational, but still) and I was thoroughly disappointed in 3! other major pool companies trying to sort out my circulation problem over the last few years. Poolmeister got it figured out after a couple of service calls. All of their other work is also very satisfactory.
Their prices are typically very competitive, but of more consequence in my mind is that this family run business values integrity over quick profits.
I have been more than satisfied dealing with Pool-Meister. They are extremely helpful any time I require assistance with our pool operation, and their prices are fair.

I have been buying supplies from Pool-Meister for years. Fortunately I have had no major service issues that have required a lot of Pool-Meister services. This year as my pool liner had pulled away from the coping in a few places I talked to the owner's wife about coming out and trying to tuck the liner back in coping. She told me to contact her as soon as I pulled off the winter blanket. When I did contact her she would not schedule a day but said her crew would be out in days. I called again 4 days later and was told they would be out early next week. I called again 3 days later and was told they would be out at end of week. Every call the owner's wife did not come to the phone as we translated our messages through retail staff. Therefore I am disappointed with Pool-Meister and find dealing with owner's wife to be impossible. I will never deal with Pool-Meister for anything.
