We had very bad experience. That company still holding our money. It’s taking months corresponding with them. We never face difficulties like this before. Head office/ after sale department don’t have intentions to help. Very often ignored e-mails. We returned shower screen and they agreed to collect and give back our money. They damaged package in the transport. It was collected by courier with open roof track in the rainy weather. And they saying we damaged box! We would like to use Citizens advice to help with that situation. Good we have all the e-mails. That’s shame company like a Porcelanosa it’s not on the side of the customer.

We had a really good experience here. We were attended by Ryan who was very knowledgeable and quick to understand what we needed. We bought everything from taps, tiles, WC, sink, shower, shower glass, etc. Delivery was on time and Ryan was contactable throughout the whole process. All the items arrived in perfect condition and safely packaged. They were delivered as expected too. Highly recommend

Unsure if I can give zero stars but do not purchase marble tiles from here. Half were chipped or cracked and as they were individually wrapped were only identified immediately before we used the tiles. Customer service on annual leave and did not order replacement despite having confirmed number of tiles required by phone, causing significant delays to build. Avoid - for the the price point, i expect normal standards of customer service. Update- I was told the tiles would arrive at warehouse 19/11 and delivered to me 20/11. Have been calling to ask for an update and emailed yesterday. Have now been told that delivery is “ advised on the 26/11”. This is the first time I’ve been told! The whole project is on hold, family with young toddlers living in a construction site. We are now considering removing all the tiles and replacing them with ones from another company as that would be much faster. The heartache and psychological stress this has caused is too much to bear. Please avoid at all costs.

Such terrible quality on items from here, looks good in the show room, wait till you start using it, falls to bits, cracks, even the wash basin is too heavy for the wall and has bent out of shape, backing on mirror not even right type for bathroom and is peeling off, would never use this place again, also follow up customer care appalling! Overall terrible, worth paying more and shopping else wear for much better quality bathroom fittings! Thank god I didn't finish up buying a kitchen from here in the end, dread to think!

Bernard at the Fulham showroom was very helpful in helping me choose the right tiles for my bathroom conversion. The wood effect Porcelanosa tiles created a warmer feel to the room which works very well with the marble effect tiles on the floor. I am very pleased with the result and all purchased during the January sale.
