Double charged for a parcel sent to Peterborough, had to give 1 star but really I would have given 0 stars, very disappointed to say the least.
At the beginning I had some bad experiences but gradually it improved. They started to provide me better service when I started to send bulk amount of parcels everyday. They offered me lots of good options and several times they tried to deliver my parcels at the last minute. Also, occasionally they gave me some gifts as well. Thanks for the gifts. Keep up the good work
