I've been in here twice, both times the line has been out of the door and stationary. I don't know what the issue is, understaffed? Lazy? Poorly managed? Maybe the worst post office I've ever been in, which is really saying something.

A lovely post office with really helpful staff. They always offer a friendly and speedy service! I've just moved closer to a different post office but I still make the journey to Forest Hill Road as its much better!

Really bad service, cashiers looks always unhappy and unwelcoming. A post office I always avoid going the service is horrendous.

Saw me coming into the post office and turned the lights off. Very rude. And another time, she sent me to another place for a Hermes package which was 20 mins away, got there and they didn’t even do Hermes. Wasting my time. They need to do better
