So blown away with PostNet! They take customer service to another level. I was beyond impressed with their client care and felt excited to work with them. I will ALWAYS recommend them for anyone who needs printing done in the London area. FAST, efficient, and friendly!

My mother is a member of the vulnerable population, as a senior citizen (70) with underlying health issues. She went to PostNet to mail a parcel for the holidays because she felt she could trust their services having visited there occasionally over the last few years. She was very relieved to see that they had strict Covid-19 protocols in place to ensure the safety of patrons. She was also pleased to have been given respect, care, and helpful information while considering her options for mailing her parcel. The team went the extra mile and contacted me directly, as the recipient of the parcel, to provide me with the tracking number and an approximate delivery schedule. They also followed up to confirm receipt. To the team: thank you for your commitment to Covid-19 safety and for providing extra care to my mom. It's hard to be away and unable to help her myself, so your assistance and care means the world to me.

I wanted to send something and required packaging. Went to my closest Postnet as they have a variety of shipping options packaging as per their website. Turns out that this location is not interested in serving clients. They don't \mail\ things and aren't interested in helping with packaging. I clearly interrupted the associate on a call, and he seemed annoyed that I would even enter the store location with service expectations. EDIT: yes, shame on me for looking online and informing myself of services that are offered before coming in. Shame on me for wearing a mask. Shame on me for stopping at the front of the store to wait to speak to someone. Shame on me for being polite. Don't worry, I am gladly taking my business elsewhere. I'm just here to recommend that others do the same... less they get shamed.
