AVOID THIS COMPANY! DISHONESTY SERVICE FROM THE BEGINNING, BELIEVE THIS REVIEW. I came with a my dpf fliter problem, this mechanic removed exhausted and replaced the Dpf Vaporiser Valve with a new one. The same day the van was delivered to me and in an hour, the van suddenly stopped working when I stopped at a traffic light ,my van insurance had to come assist me to move the van, a part verifiable by AA , he forgot to configure the computer of the van, 2 weeks later I got the signal that the dpf filter was exhausted again I went back to this mechanic and he ignored he said that there was probably another fault in relation to the filter, I asked another mechanic for second opinion and he advised me to buy a new filter in the Ford that cost me 950250 to install,the mechanics of Ford found the valves of my van burned because of the bad repair done by the mechanic of Prestige Auto Service Center Ltd, this has cost me to add the bill 1500 more. Please don't use this mechanic, he is bad mechanic and damages vehicles.AVOID!

I am absolutely over the moon with prestige, first time I’ve used them and I called up after my friend recommended them in a extreme emergency for me and spoke to Ibby , He went out of his way for me and diagnosed a problem and fixed it with superb timing, His technicians are very friendly too, I must say I will never go back to main dealer Mercedes again I will only use prestige, Excellent value for money, Ibby is a top man and extremely welcoming and friendly, And has great experience, Thank you guys and see you soon .. Ignore the bad reviews as they're out of date. Used these guys twice to look at some issues on my BMW 3 series. Very professional and great communication. Replaced single suspension spring for 228. Wheel alignment left unsafe. Car consistently steers to the LEFT . Dangerous. Overpriced for cowboy job. Thanks ibby! 2. If only you had put as much effort into your service than into typing your defensive nonsense you’ve written below... And yes thank you for recommending me get the alignment organised AFTER reading my review.
