My mortgage journey was long (c.a. 9months). Partly due to COVID and ESW1 form which seller needed to provide and took him 3 months. Our broker Demetrios was with us throughout this journey and provided an amazing service. He was quick and efficient and found us great first deal in no time. However, lockdown happened and everything got delayed. ESW1 form added waiting time and we have lost our first mortgage deal. Despite this, he quickly found another one and luckily this time everything was smooth and we managed to close the deal in a month time. I would definitely recommend Prestige Private Finance and I will be returning customer in the future!
