I have to say that I was really not impressed with the practice. I came in for my appointment after booking it online with a 30 deposit fee. When I came in nobody, including Vera, knew who I was or what type of appointment I had scheduled, I needed to show my receipt. The screen is really far from the table so unless you have very good vision, don’t forget your glasses! For 179, there wasn’t even any toilet paper in the restroom! The scan itself was good and I did like the quality of care but the facilities and management can be improved.

I recently required an ultrasound urgently and before deciding where to go I contacted various professionals offering this service. I was immediately taken by Vera's warm nature and her kind professional approach to my concerns during my initial telephone call to the practice, after which I booked the scan. The following day I attended the practice and was seen on arrival. Vera's professional kind manner made my experience during the scan calm and reassuring as I was obviously concerned of the outcome. I had many questions which Vera answered fully together with excellent advice which settled any worries I had. If you require an ultrasound or a service which Private Ultrasound offer then I strongly recommend you use them.

We were looking for a follow up 20 week anonomally scan and we came across Vera's company. She was welcoming, warm and professional. Vera put my husband and I at ease and was extremely thorough. We had a little difficulty getting a picture of our baby's stomach but Vera did not give up! She was determined to get an image and sent us out for walks! She was incredible and we would definitely go back again! Well worth the money!

Firstly let me say, I would never hold a clinic responsible for the terrible experience of finding no heartbeat on our 9 week scan and this review in no way reflects the fact that this was the outcome. However, from the moment we walked in we were greeted by a fairly rude receptionist and it didn’t get any better with the lady doing our scan. I won’t go into all details of the terrible scan experience but even before we found out the bad news it became apparent that the lady doing it was very blunt and not at all sympathetic to nervous parents to be. We were told the terrible news with no empathy and seemingly no concept of how to deal with us afterwards. The process of waiting for a report that could easily have been sent to my email and payment that could have been taken before the scan didn’t help under the circumstances. I would really not recommend this clinic for expectant mothers, as people skills are such an important part of this experience, and from ours they were in no way apparent.

This is my second pregnancy of using Vera's services for my scans. The fact I'm using her for the second time, says it all! She's always very professional, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend using her!
