Great place!! The employees were super friendly and very helpful. I bought my piece there last week and it works amazing! They even hooked me up with a sick deal on a grinder too, would highly recommend.
These people don't earn commission and honestly just want you to buy a piece you'll be happy with. They're pretty friendly and will actually interact with you unlike a lot of other places on the richmond strip. They're pretty knowledgable and for some reason occasionally they sell maple syrup.

Absolute garbage. Employees will sell you anything with no regard to quality. Ended up dropping 120 on a piece that was such excellent "quality" that it broke the first time I used it. Their response? That they don't offer any refunds, but better luck next time. Don't waste your money.
