I have had the most shocking and unpleasant experience with Pure Air Conditioning. I booked a call out 3 days ago and was told an engineer would be there the following day. Each day I waited and waited and nobody showed. Chloe who took my booking told me that OBVIOUSLY a server room for another customer was priority and they pay for the privilege of out of hours so I had to wait. I then asked for a true estimation of when to expect an engineer and she told me she was fully booked until the 9th of July!!! today is the 28th June. What a joke!!!!! I wish I could give a minus 5 stars review
