Although they say they are NHS dentists, private care fees apply, and the fee structure is unclear. They got the job done, but charged more than what they originally quoted over the phone. When I called them out, they said I had misheard the quote. When I referenced the online pricelist, they gave non-sensical excuses. At the end of the treatment and whilst still on the chair, the dentist tried to sell 3k worth of cosmetic treatments, without me having asked/mentioned anything. I thought was a tad unprofessional. They are friendly and welcoming, but i really felt they ripped me off. I will not be going back.

I am really happy about service which I received here. Very proffesional people, never refused to help in any case. Treatment came gladly, without any confusions, every step was explained in clearly way. Staff is so friendly. I would strongly recommended this surgery to everyone!

Turn up 10-15 mins later than your appointment as you will not be seen on time. Went for a crown fitting which was relatively painless until the actual fitting in which the dentist failed to remove the crown properly and had to damage it for removal. This resulted in a further 1 week wait and when I came for the fitting the second time the colour of the crown was not the one I had ordered previously. Overall, fairly disappointing considering the amount I paid for the procedure. Dentist seemed friendly and competent, however the dental assistants always seemed to be making errors and out of sync with the dentist.

Marta only cares about money and lies about the prices! Worst dentist ever. Never seen a dentist so unsympathetic, rude, and so unprofessional. Cannot believe dentists like her exist. Utterly mortified.
