I've been renting my car here for a while now. During my last rental, I returned the car with a small chip on the windscreen. Now they are trying to charge me 700 pounds for the repair!!

Conveniently booked via Just Park at a discount. Beware that there is no lift and the way back to your car is walking down the roadway and up via fairly primitive stairs!

The first picture is false advertising. Narrow spaces, not great when a lot of the cars in there are 4x4s, wide body saloon or sports cars. No stairs so you have to walk up the ramps as least 2-3 floors (as levels 1-3 mostly reserved for others)

No APNR licence plate recognition or access key code, which is needlessly awkward and poor for an established franchise. QPARK Android App not working presently. Spaces are tighter than photos would lead you to believe. Hardly enough room to open doors without hitting the wall or next car. Enough room for city compacts, but anything bigger is a struggle. No one attending the facility to assist or check valid parking. Had to call for assistance from QPARK Park Lane. I drive an EV, and couldn't use the destination charge points as featured because ineligible cars parked in those areas (as in photo). Only redeeming features is location next to tube station, and prebook price was okay. Overall, not the best parking facility. No room for cars, though plenty of room for improvement.
