Awful service. They took days longer than quoted to do the alterations and seemed confused at my frustration to simply ‘come back next week’. After then delaying by another week I arrived to incomplete work and had to hang around for 10 minutes while they finished up. The end results are not bad in truth but cannot undo the damage done in the service area.

The worst laundry that I've been to. They don't to the job and are to expensive for tooting. Is like central London Please stay away from this place
The worst customer service. They did a terrible job on an alteration and when asked for it to be fixed, it kept being delayed. When asked could a simple phone call be made to me to tell me it’s not ready when I was told it would be each time, the owner said he didn’t have time. He has such a horrible aggressive manner towards customers. Do not go here.
