Very good experiences. Initial phone answered much more quickly than on previous occasions. Suggested to see the nurse at 0900 the following morning. Seen promptly. Nurse (Nurse 'Blue') very pleasant, highly skilled and competent, courteous, professional. Nurse quickly read the notes and assimilated the purpose of the appointment, and also some relevant past information. Carried out the booked procedure painlessly, then added some screening tests. Gave time for questions, quickly assessed issue, and booked phone call from GP, which was received the next morning, with appropriate follow-up.

Very helpful consultation over the phone with the doctor this morning. I expect the day's of face to consultations may becoming a thing of the past for many ailments. That's not necessarily a bad thing and the technology support is pretty good. The doctor was very on it with very quick responses once I had gotten into the phone system. There is a frustration with getting through that first 10 minutes waiting for a receptionist to pick up etc. But otherwise very good :)

I find Nurse Sabrina very efficient. I recently had a blood test which surprisedly was pain free. The following day she provided me with the results which was mainly good. She covered all the main points and provided me with some advice on tackling my blood sugar levels. Good job

The Doctor fully understood the changes that I needed to my medication and altered them on the 'repeat' system. But when I ordered the most important one the next day (having nearly run out), it was refused by the computer. This was apparently because the reorder date had been set too far ahead. With hindsight, I should have accepted the Dr's offer of an immediate prescription, but I was anxious to avoid visiting the surgery. The computer is inflexible and you can't negotiate with it. It is exactly like the 'Computer says No' routine that they make fun of on TV. Please fix it.

Most admin staff of fantastic really helpful polite The only problem I find is sometimes it's hard to get appointment for the same day. But the staff will try and go the extra mile for you and help where they can. What I find only one of the Administration staff. To be rude No empathy. When you ring up for appointment is always 2 weeks time.
