This restaurant was good, the decor was nice, the food was decent but for the price I was a little disappointed. Staff were fantastic though.

On the whole, this was a really nice meal. We went for the tasting menu... Which is very filling. I would highly recommend Quilon for a special occasion. The price is as you would expect for a Michelin Starred restaurant. Great selection of beers.. in fact there is a beer tasting menu if you like your beers!
We visited on a Tuesday evening for a birthday dinner. I'm sad to say that the entire experience was deeply disappointing. First, before deciding to book the restaurant I sent an email to ask for additional information which was ignored by staff. Leaving that aside, I still decided to go ahead and book the place as described as one of the best Indian restaurant in London and a Michelin star restaurant. There is absolutely nothing to justify this. While ambience is nice, the vibes of the place are fairly unprofessional (with staff dropping things on the floor, etc). Food was disappointing too: plates arrived dirty (I'm sorry to point out these details but that's not something I expect when going to a restaurant, especially a Michelin star rated place!), portions were small and in all honesty the beer pairing menu a joke (with one paired bottle shared across the whole table - I was expecting one paired beer per person at least). It was nice to receive a birthday dessert, so I appreciate that. I overall don't think that paying 95 per person was justified considering the service and food. Sorry to be direct but we don't recommend and won't be visiting again Quilon. You can find much better Indian restaurants in London (see my other Google local reviews!), so don't be fooled like myself!
I really loved the food here. The flavours are so rich, and a lot of love has gone into the food. The atmosphere is very romantic with dark lighting, prices are high but I would go again just to taste the flavours and to enjoy this high quality of Indian food. The cocktails are also excellent.
The chicken biriyani is a nice dish to eat. So is the tandoori salmon . I have also enjoyed their naan bread. Given the area the price is fairly understandable. However, I would not order from this place regularly as it is expensive and my order on UberEats took ages.
