This is a brilliant shop I went already so many times since I live in South East London. I have ordered my windows here. The service was excellent. Quality?! BRILLIANT!!! I have purchased here also many different tools and paints for decorating in the past. The guy (the owner if I am not wrong) is very knowledgeable. Staff is always ready to advice about almost everything, help with the paints, tools etc. I would recommend this boutique style shop to everyone who values quality and good service.

Sadly, I have found Rafael Gabriel’s to be unreliable, unprofessional and rude. I could not recommend them and, though very appealing with regard to price, you get even less than you pay for. When approached with regard to FENSA certification for the windows they installed (and which they claim to be certified to do), they did not provide these and explained that they had dissolved the company that did them so could not be found liable for them. They also were not able to provide the warranties they promised because they had ‘lost the documentation’. At no point did they apologise and they were frequently obstructive. Though I usually actively seek to ‘shop local’, I would strongly recommend avoiding this business. Rafael and his team have just replaced all the exterior doors and windows in my house. From initial quotation ( including a few spec. modifications) to eventual completion, I cannot fault the professionalism of the job. I have come to expect courtesy and attention to detail from this company, and this job has been no exception, despite the inevitable delays in delivery and completion caused by Covid19. If I were to offer minor criticism however, it would be the somewhat elaborate invoicing process they use, leading to confusion about payment schedules. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend them for home fabrication and installation.
