Cannot recommend Jay enough! He is a pro and really knows what he is doing! I came to Recovery Massage Therapy numb and injured from bouts of strenuous cycling and running a few days previous and left feeling the best I have in weeks! Thanks again, I will definitely be coming back!

Jay is great at what he does. I regularly visit for my sport injuries, general knots and tense muscles. Going regularly really has benefited my whole body and its recovery. Price-wise I think he is very affordable, especially for London! Would hundred percent recommend to anyone looking for a good massage or if you need to deal with a (sport) injury.

I booked a massage appointment which was then rescheduled to be a whole day earlier without my knowledge, only to then find out I had missed the appointment. I called, emailed and no response. And I'm out of pocket 50 quid! What a shocking experience.
