It is great to be working from Bromley as we do not travel into London cause of the current situation. The team has always been friendly and attended to our special needs. Could not recommend more.

A piece of advice to anybody looking to obtain office space within this Regus, or others... If you Google 'Regus Coronavirus' and look at the results, you'll be spoilt for choice on articles about how poorly Regus have treated both their customers and their own employees. These are from reputable outlets such as The Guardian and HuffPost, to name a few and will give you an insight into how you'd be treated if you signed up to them... We're current tenants of this office and Regus have proved themselves to be absolutely unsupportive and unhelpful during the COVID crisis - we’ve learned this the hard way. There are no concessions and despite government advice to stay at home, we (like many others) have had to pay full rental fees when we've not been able to use centre. They're disorganised, with no joined up departmental thinking. Our point of contact in the centre is apathetic at best and made no attempt to help us out. It seems once you're a customer and have an issue, you're forgotten about. If it were about purchasing more office space though, they'd be all over you, just like they were when we had to purchase extra space at the end of last year. This week there was a break-in where one of our laptops (amongst other centre users items) was stolen and the police were called. We would ask Regus for advice/assistance but know that there’s no point... I will say that the two centre managers here are great though, and they do their very best for us and the other tenants. They've tried to help wherever they can and it's clear to see, but the broader ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude from head office makes their efforts impotent. Again, really take the time to think before signing up.
