Be careful about using this repairman. They replaced my phone screen last month and I was delighted with the result at the time. Unfortunately, the phone screen stopped working a couple of weeks later. I got it fixed elswhere and they commented on the poor quality of the repair (too much glue and faulty connection). Use City Mobiles on Fleet St for a professional and more efficient job at a similar price.
Really disappointing, dishonest, poor service and quality. I texted on Sunday asking if they could replace my iphone 8 screen with a genuine apple screen. Got a text back saying yes and confirming the price online and advising me that true tone would disappear if not an authentic apple screen. Someone came to change my screen on Tuesday. Started by saying that it should be 20 more and his colleague made a mistake. Changed the screen and guess what, True Tone was gone. I checked online and it seems one way to fix it is connect the old screen to a programmer. So I texted to get my old screen back and he said he'd drop it the next morning. He then called and conveniently has \lost\ his bag and cannot return my original screen to me. I'm also 99% sure the screen is not an authentic apple one. That will teach me for using non guaranteed apple repairers. I told him I don't believe him at all. He said I should give him a great review because he finally accepted not to charge more than agreed on the online form and by text for the screen. I'm gutted that I now have to re-change the screen and may never get true tone back. really gutted. Can't stand dishonesty and lies. If this prevents anyone from using them then I hope it helps
Very good and fast service. I found it online, went there, had some food nerby, and in the meantime my Iphone was repaired. I would recommend this service.
Completely untrustworthy. The technician kept me waiting for hours and he did not show up in the end!!! I’m very irritated.
