The doctors are less than helpful also I find a few of the reception is are very rude and just don't want to bother to help you . I honestly can't think of a good word to say about this practice and doctors they pass you from one doc to another which means seeing different doctors all the time only leads to confusion re - health and medication and this is only the startbon more than one occasion I've been left without my medication which is all controlled drugs , very dangerous to say the least to leave us without our meds you would think any doctor would know this but not the doctors at Richford Gate

Over a month wait for an appointment. 40 minute wait in the waiting room surrounded by coughing patients. Having to constantly chase up almost every repeat prescription. Being redirected to self-refer services or walk-in centers instead of being given a proper referral.

I fear falling ill, not because of the illness itself, but the thought of having to deal with this clinic again.

Recently they changed the appointments system you now have to tell the receptionist what's wrong before you can book an appointment. Receptionists are members of the public not medical professionals, Ok if you have a cough or cold but some issues are sensitive not something that you want to share with a receptionist why should I have to disclose personal information just to be seen? If you don't go into detail they see it as non urgent and book an appointment way in advance. Forcing patients to explain medical conditions to a member of the public for access to medical care is an abuse of confidentiality which every UK patient has a right to.
