Richy was really patient with me and very good with constant updates and asking me before any major decision. The quality of his knowledge and experience is amazing. He did fret dresses, recrowning, sanding an acoustic saddle, fitting new bridges and tremolo system, replacing wiring, polishing, restringing, action adjustments, etc Very happy with his work, would recommend

Richy restored two of my dearly beloved back to their former glory which I wasn't sure was possible.. I wasn't in a hurry for a quick turnaround by any means, yet all parts were ordered the same day and the work was completed in less than 1 week. Richy has done tons of work on my guitars including advising and helping me build my first partscaster which I couldn’t be happier with. My guitars always feel amazing when I get them back from Richy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer focus/service from Richy. Made sure I understood what things I needed doing with my Guitar. He messaged me whenever there was going to be any extra work needed or if anything else needed ordering and he sorted it all out. Hes taken a guitar which has been in the attic for nearly 10 years and brought it back to life so cant recommend enough!
