didn't have a good experience trying to buy coffee here just a few hours ago after being ignored at the counter, and trying to get attention from the staff, i was rudely informed by the manager where the line was, who glared at me and pointed at it. this approach doesn't work when you are literally the first customer of the day and there is no one else we left after around 10 minutes, when it became obvious they were having problems with taking our order, as their machines were not cooperating. so they didn't have their ducks lined up before opening time... what a way to do business, i hope you all take note of this outstanding level of customer 'service'

Unique coffee shop that sells coffee beans sourced from around the world. The mechanism for roasting and sorting the beans is quite interesting to witness. Beans are roasted fresh on site!! Atmosphere is great and right beside London bridge underground for easy access. The coffee itself is def top notch. I purchased two different beans to try at home and despite maybe a two-week period before I could use them, the flavours were really great and remained fresh. Will definitely be back to get more beans.

Lovely coffee shop but, despite being open during Tier 4 restrictions and serving people coffee, they wouldn't allow me to use their toilet when I went there a couple of days ago. I am 6 months pregnant and was really struggling as all public places were shut, and yet the woman (!) said I couldn't use their toilet because of covid and that I should go to the station. I wouldn't say that this is an \essential\ shop but I'm all for businesses doing what they can to survive. However you can't have it both ways, if you are open for business you need to provide a service...but above all, just be nice! Being nice costs you nothing.

Cool idea! Spacious interiors. Hopped in on a sunny morning to grab a cuppa! The server was adamant on me to their almond croissant apparently it is killer. I hate almond croissants sooo had to skip it! Had my usual Mocha the way the beans travel from the vessel to the machine is quite cool to watch but it happens in a flash! They have different beans for different intensity so that is super cool! You can choose from dark to mild to smooth! Good variety and unique idea. Busy place and sweet server! A must try if you are a coffee lover and want to explore some local stuff! Also, known for the sandwiches, didnt try but looked fresh. Little expensive when it comes to coffee but give one try atleast before arriving at conclusions.

An average coffee shop. Have ordered a flatwhite - overheated, no foam, more like milkshake then coffee
