The store itself is what you would expect out of a no frills as far as products and layout go. I find this no frills to be tidier than most, and they keep the lines moving fast as well. We live close to this location and shop here quite often, so we have a pretty good feel for the store and the only negative thing I have to say is the customer service from many (not all) of the younger employees is well below average compared to other stores I've shopped at. This is the reason for only having 4 stars. My fiancee and I have some theories as of why, but none of them are polite to mention, so I'll leave that to the imagination. Other than that we have no complaints and would recommend shopping there.

Click and collect pickers have been consistently sloppy for the last month. 4.47 for mouldy peppers is just absurd. And it’s not like the mould is on the bottom where it can’t be seen. It’s clearly visible.

I have shopped at this store for years. Unfortunately in the last 6 months it has gone downhill tremendously. The produce use to be amazing. Now it is never full and a lot of items can’t be found. You never see anyone working on the floor . The meat department is awful. Never full and a lot of outdated meat. Store is not clean. The shelves in grocery aisles are often empty!!! The cashiers are very polite and do their best to get you out fast. I am very disappointed but I have found another No Frills store which I have been shopping at.
