I had an emissions fault and was able to book my car in 3 days later. I was fearing an expensive repair and being without the car for some time. But, after doing a diagnostic test, a simple remedy was identified and I could have picked the car up the same day. The premises were very nice and Mona (service representative) was efficient and helpful. My experience couldn't have been better, thank you Citroen!

POOR SERVICE! I had a relay van with bad design that anyone can easily nick the spare wheel! So I got it nicked around 4 years ago. I was then bought a brand new wheel and Tyre for spare from this dealer (obviously they got all the details of my van) BUT they gave me a WRONG size (I was trusted them as genuine dealer- I regret it!) On Sat 4th Feb around 9pm I was on a job and drove on M4 and my rear tyre got busted and I couldn't change it, just because this dealer gave me wrong size of the wheel, my is R16 and they gave me R15 (like I said I was trusted their expertise and didn't check the wheel then). So I waited till Monday and I phone and explained to them and asked them for part exchange for a correct size they refused because I don't have the receipt, (but they should have all my details on their system. They try to make money with their own mistake - NO RESPONSIBILITY!, my wheel I keep it inside and it as good as brand new) - I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STEALER TO ANYONE. They're as bad as Brenford VOLVO STEALER!
Horrible service. I am really lost for words. The windscreen washer wasn't topped up, they failed to turn off the service light for the second year in a row and I had to go back and ask them to do it this time round. They refused to reset the alarm unless I agreed to pay an extra 75, despite the fact that I’d been paying them about 500 for each servicing for the last four years. Mona Patel pretended like she's never seen me before even though she's been one of the most familiar faces since 2018. I asked to speak with the manager and after some deliberation we arrived at a compromise that I was not going to pay anything right now but I will be charged 50 extra on my next service. I agreed to this. However when I came back to collect my car the following day, I was asked to pay 100. I was very confused and had to explain everything from scratch again. Then I had to speak with the manager. the manager changed his mind and said that I should pay 50 now and not in my next service. After some stressful time they let me take my car. It seems to me like they were deliberately trying to give me nightmares. I’d give 0 stars if there was an option.
They lost my locking nut removal tool when the car was serviced and we are trying to get it replaced with no luck. We keep calling every day and all they say is that they will call us back and nobody does. Really poor service. Of course, when we called to book the service they were very kind and accommodating as they charge a fair amount for that.
Very good experience at West London Robins & Day. My purchase of my second hand DS3 was very smooth and no pressure at all. I’ve got a lovely car and I’m very pleased with it. Patrick and Steve are very welcoming. 5 stars for you guys
