Highly recommend this store. A wonderful buying experience. A special thank you to Mike. I was interested in a Kawai digital piano. I called the store and booked an appointment with Mike. He was there on the dot to open the store and welcome me, spent an hour guiding me through the various options and let me just roam the store, and then I spent an extra 30 minutes on my own just testing out different pianos. Mike threw in a number of items to complement the package, and was super super helpful on delivery, and possibility of changing my mind on something. Really super helpful for a fantastic buying experience.
Been coming here since I don't know when I'm like a kid in a candy store when it comes to great guitar shops. Simply love it. Well worth a visit everytime you visit London.
