They failed to follow up on my blood test results which may have been instrumental in preventing a miscarriage I had a few months later. I sent at least three requests within two weeks, all were stated to have been received but I never received an answer. When I followed up with the hospital where the blood tests were done (because GPs save money by not doing them in-house), they said only my GP could receive the results, so I was stuck. The hospital subsequently \lost\ the blood results. I was failed across the system which started with the massive failure of my GP to act when it was most needed.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with this GP practice. Registering as patients took a few weeks, and when someone actually called us, they were extremely rude. For the short time that we were registered with the practice, it was impossible to reach them via phone. We would call over and over again and found them to always be unavailable. I don't think anyone ever picked up the phone after our very many attempts. What led us to finally leave this practice was an instance when I needed important medicine for a trip; I contacted them regarding this need on a Monday, and they did not send the prescription to the pharmacy until a week later, by which point I had already travelled and had had to travel without the medicine. We were terribly disappointed by this practice, and grateful to have found better alternatives in the nearby area.
After 2 years of bad experience with this practice, I finally have been treated like a human being, by doctor Ricky Gondhia! I can fully recommend him, very helpful and professional doctor. For the clinic, please read all yours reviews because they are really accurate with the situation in your practice. I experienced very bad health issues for the last few months and nobody in there did care. Please, please do something to improve your customer service and care for the people.
I've been attending this practice for 5 years now and I always have had a good experience. They've been understanding and accommodating when I needed a last-minute appointment for my kid and I appreciate the efforts they made to help everyone. You can't expect them to have a smile on their faces 24/7 when we all know they're overwhelmed by the crazy volume of patients, a health system struggling to cope with day-to-day tasks and now we need to add the pandemic on top of that. Don't take it out on them, take your frustration to the Tory governments that for the past 15 years have been systematically cutting down funding for health institutions (NHS Trusts) in this country.
