Am I the only person ever disappointed with a professional oven clean? They arrived early and spent over three hours on the cooker with some indeterminate solution and a load of paper towels. I had to keep instructing them that it was still dirty and they made all sorts of excuses. I even rang the office and told the office to speak to them as there was a language barrier and they said they would speak to them but I never heard their phones ring or them speaking to anyone...in the end I just paid them to get them out of the house.. there was no after sales service...after I had rang the office to complain when the operatives were in situ...but they are quick enough to do a ring back to get your business...after they had gone I set about my cooker hob with the Cif degreaser...as it was still NOT clean.. what a waste of 69 quid.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....I would give zero stars if I could... next time I will get someone who specialises in oven cleaning and actually knows what clean is.. not these guys obviously...

I needed an end of tenancy clean and chose Royal cleaning for the work. Dafida and Daniel were fantastic! They were extremely professional and charming and got straight down to the work. They did such a superb job and my place has NEVER been so clean. They were there for nearly 4 hours and I only have a small 2 bed maisonette. They had all the equipment and products required and I was super pleased with the work. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service thanks. I needed to organise a post builders clean for my mother's house. The date had to be rearranged twice due to the works running on. This was implemented by Royal Cleaning with no fuss and the booking process itself was smooth and efficient. The cleaners did a great job as the house wasn't easy to work in as it was a bit chaotic. Due to the works not being entirely finished, they had to work around the contractors but managed to do a very good job, despite a lot of disruption.

After a little searching i shortlisted 4 companies for our end of tenancy clean. Royal cleaning: - Were competitive on price, - Did an excellent job. - Arrived on time - left ahead of schedule. - required no further \fixes\. Most of all, the business was lovely to deal with over the phone and internet. couldn't be happier, or easier and would recommend.

My tenants used this company to do an end of tenancy clean - I did a spot check after they had been...The place was still filthy. Barely hoovered, grubby floors, stains on the tiles, dirty oven, carpets dirty. I and the tenants complained and a re-clean was organised - this was a token at best. The guy turned up and cleaned the oven but then refused to hoover the floor where all the dirt from the oven had landed. Refused to clean a kitchen blind (as it wasn't on the list of things to do) even though I offered to pay him to do so. They tried to claim the marks on the tiles they hadn't cleaned was paint and did a token patchy carpet clean. Steer clear...
