Absolutely first class service to go with my first class stamp! Sending parcels and receiving parcels has always been a straight forward process using these pros and the staff are always polite and helpful, particularly Michael. Some people say Royal Mail although I will say Royal WOW!

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I could not believe the way I was treated today when I came into the office to collect a parcel. I brought in my red collection slip which stated for me to come to my local office (no physical address stated on the slip so I presumed it would be the closest one to my house which is Balham). The man who served me began to shout at me, telling me \YOU LIVE IN TOOTING\ and when I told him I live in Balham - he would then shout at me over and over again stating \TOOTING\. Even his colleague who was standing right next to him was agreeing with him and not helping the situation at all. I was clearly getting very upset and they didn't seem to care at all. I understand that if my parcel was not there and at another location but there is certainly a more professional way of telling me. I don't deserve to be abused! I refuse to return to the office - Royal Mail you should be ashamed of yourselves. Train your employees properly with the correct customer service and communication skills! These employees should be thankful they even have jobs in the current pandemic. Avoid this office at all costs.
