My parcel went missing so went to the depot to find out what has happened. They couldn’t find it and told me it went out for delivery with a reliable driver, and are not sure what’s happened to the parcel. No apology and just told to fill out a form. On there website it’s states it was last scanned at the Clapham depot. So where has the item gone? I worked for a delivery company and know that you need to explain every parcel that went missing or hasn’t been delivered. So the only conclusion is that at least two members of staff have hot fingers and are working together to steal customers parcels. And it seems to happen a lot at this branch, look at the reviews.

Parcels regularly delivered at the wrong address. Parcels missing and Delivery Attempted message when it isn't true. Parcels disappearing from Venn St Click n Collect with Parcel Collected message. Despicable. It's a hub of thieves and nothing more.
