I mostly have good experience with the staff. The follow the instructions where to leave my mail and are helpful over the counter. Its quite unfortunate that the online opening hours are not very accurate. Also short opening times, but i guess its because of high amount of parcels during lockdown.

Royal Mail normally run a smooth service but They have changed the opening and closing times due to the current lockdown and I have suggested an edit and google has accepted it now. I would still upload a photograph of the times.

Royal Mail didn't even bother delivering my Amazon package, no card was left and I was home at the time they 'attempted' delivery. I then made the effort to go to the Lewisham depot only to find out they're only open between 8am-10am during lockdown. Why can't they publish these hours on their website which is still saying they are open until 5pm or later. What a waste of time and really poor form Royal Mail. You're not helping to build any kind of trust in your services.

Open only from 7 AM to 9 AM these days. Closed on Wednesdays. Even after the 1st of September (contradicting the sign here). I was there by 10 AM hoping things have changed but doesn't seem like it.
