Efficient in their Covid practices and mighty quick in retrieving my parcel from what must be a mountain of mail out the back. Also so much easier than using their online system for redelivery.

I have to leave a 5* review for our wonderful postman. I now know he's name is Andre thanks to my neighbour and I'm glad I've finally worked out how to leave a review. We are #19 Manthorp rd and Andre is amazing. Always happy and smiling, no matter how many parcels he's lugging around for me!! He's a good people person and has definitely kept things cheerful throughout lockdown. If he spots me as I'm leaving he goes out of his way to flag me down for my post. Thank you Andre, Happy New year, keep smiling! Apologies in advance for my next batch of parcels!! Hayley :-)

I missed a delivery so had to go and collect it here, there wasn't a long wait considering the pandemic and social distancing measures in place. The staff member was very polite and professional I was in and out within literally 2 minutes.
