It is inhumane the conditions these helpless friends who just need love and feeding and no cruelty to their tiny bodies for just loving you unconditionally. People that treat their loyal pets like this are very evil messed up people.

Unfortunately this vet service in West Norwood is no more! They were all volunteers! I took my dogs there every year for their yearly jabs and buy worming pills and advocate pipettes from them which were sold at a reduced rate. It was all about the welfare of the animal rather than profit. A great place and was very helpful
Took in a bird that was injured and the guy who came quickly told us the truth that nothing could be done which was sad however at least we knew, I'm giving a low review based on the service that was provided on the phone they quickly dismissed it as a urgent case because it wasn't a domestic pet and \just a bird\ it didn't need to be that long and no way should that animal have to suffer a whole day just for it to be put down my bad review is based solely on the people working on the phones (yes I did speak to someone at this branch as I called the number stated on top and no I won't remove my review it's about time people see what rspca is really like!)
Make sure you phone to get information and vat times went the vat will be their so you are not disappointed like we was when we turned up with our cat
