we reserved a cab for 6 people plus a 2-year-old baby, asking twice if that was alright as some taxi count would count a 2 year old a full extra passenger. They confirmed repeatedly that that was alright. Half way through the journey the cab driver voiced his frustration that he could have his license revoked because we were 7 passengers and not 6 people and 1 luggage as he was told. When we arrived at our destination, he then tried to charge us more the agreed price set over the phone during the booking. Finally, i am not once to complain easily, but his driving was spectacularly poor. Taken together, I dont think this was a good service.

2 taxis needed from London, Canada Water area to Heathrow. Taxis waiting at street in advance in early a.m. Courteous, efficient service. Highly recommend.
